PRICES
The sale prices are those which are registered in our BROCHURE an PRICE RATE IN FORCE and it is included with reference to our storehouse of CAÑADA (ALICANTE) SPAIN, with nondeposit cardboard packing.
QUANTITIES
The materials will be provided for complete packing, containing theindicatet quantities in our RATE BROCHUE.
COMPLAINTS
The possible complaints of provided materials should be realized in a maximum time of 15 days. It is necessary to enclose to the delivery, the despatch note indicating the bills that correspond to the material, so as the authorization application form, correctly complimented; the material should be send by carriage paid.
Refunds of the payable material, will suffer a demerit of 10%, and so all the refund will have a fix demerit of 7 euros.
The payment will be calculated taking into account the date in which we realized the supply of the material, not being accepted materials not included in our valid RATE BROCHURE.
GUARANTEE
Our products are guaranteed by 12 months againts all fault of assembling or the component materials.
Our guarantee is limited to the change or reparation of the product.
The guarantee will be invalid, in the return of the same is not made by the storehouse which has made the sale or our guarantee control service detects a wrong use of the product.
The material will be accompanied by an inform, explaining the fault and installation conditions.
JURISDICTION
In case of litigation, both parts are submitted to VILLENA (ALICANTE) spain tribunals, with express renunciation to that you believe that can belong to you.
